SONIA'S INQUISITORS - SYED SHAHABUDDIN

The chances are that we, as a nation, will be able to withstand an onslaught by some military attack from imperialistic forces. Unfortunately for us, the imperialistic creeds and ideologies have planted amongst us, elements, which are hell bent on destroying the geographical, social and religious unity of our country. Bit by bit, they are eating into the vitals of national institutions. 

Their latest attempt will be tabled in the form of a bill titled 'prevention of communal and targeted violence bill'.

The draconian provisions of the bill can be read in the post titled Inquisition comes knocking, again, to get a better idea. This is in continuation to the discussion about the kind of persons behind the divisive 'prevention of communal and targeted violence bill'. We have already discussed John Dayal, Ram Puniyani, Hosbet Suresh, Kamal Farooqui, Teesta Setalvad, Harsh Mander and Shabnam Hashmi. In this post we will talk about Syed Shahabuddin also known as 'Shah Bano Syed'. The reason of this name is explained in the post.

This man is a typical opportunistic politician, who has been in and out of Janta Party and Congress. So, do not think that he is some social worker.

Just like other members of his team, his agenda is also religion based reservations, which hit at the very root of secularism and merit. He is the convener of 'National Movement for Muslim Reservation'. His modus operandi, alongwith NAC members and president Antonia Maino aka Sonia G is simple; prepare fudged data showing that minorities are suffering and can be saved by reservations. Then that data is to be supplied to some partisan committee. The concoction of a bogey is ready. Now let purchased and biased media drum up the fictitious data to show that minorities are really suffering. The justification of reservations is complete.

RESERVATIONS FOR MUSLIMS - COURTS BE DAMNED

If somewhere a judge or court has the honesty to uphold the constitutional 'right to equality', then try to paste motive on the court itself. Here is what he said when Andhra Pradesh High Court rejected this dastardly move:

Syed Shahabuddin said the court’s reference to the A.P. Reservation in favour of Socially Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007 being religion-specific and potentially encouraging religious conversions, “shows a streak of Hindutva mentality & is absolutely irrelevant to the issue.”

It is due to the benign and soft nature of Hindus which lets such monsters keep on spewing venom at them, while fattening themselves on the resources of the nation. Secularists like Syed Shahabuddin have a simple thought process, the judiciary is to be respected, as long as, it keeps on toeing the line of these 'human rights' monsters.
This is not the only instance when he has tried to belittle the courts.  was established by courts that rabid Muslim men had burnt 59 Hindu pilgrims in Godhra under a pre planned conspiracy, he was again frothing from the corners of his mouth. Read his statement:

Going by his statements, the Judges of various courts of our country are morons, who should always consult this 'genius' about the working of courts.

BELITTLING AND DEMORALIZING SECURITY AGENCIES OF THE COUNTRY

This is what Shiv Prasad Roy, the famous Bengali writer had said about radical Muslims:

Pakistan and Bangladesh are their fixed deposits. Those are Islamic states. No one else can lay a claim on them. India is a joint account. Plunder it as much as you please

Not all Muslims will fall into this category but the numerous attacks by Jihadi elements are a testimony to considerable fanatic Mulims present in our country. 

Thanks to our security agencies that we are still surviving as a nation, after losing a large chunk of our motherland to Islamic Jihad in the form of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. The 'Intelligence Bureau' has the job of gathering information regarding Jihadi elements, who are trying to create an environment of terror. Thus they keep stumbling into such ugly aspects of radical Muslims. To discredit these agencies, a tirade has been started by the divisive forces. 

Our Shah Bano Syed is the editor of a rag called 'Muslim India' (Is that what he wants?). It has been publishing tall claims to create an impression that 'Hindus' are out to destroy Muslims. Recently in one of its issues, it published that:

M G Vaidya is an IPS officer, who worked in IB had always shielded RSS because he is the brother of B G Vaidya, who is an RSS leader.

Firtsly, RSS is a perfectly valid organization, therefore, anyone can be its member. 

Secondly, there is no such restriction on the relatives of government officers.

Thirdly, the kind of nationalistic work that RSS does should be a matter of pride and not shame. 

Fourthly, remove the media dishonesty and statements of the likes of Pigvijay Singh, there has not been a single conviction of any RSS member in any case of terror. For details read - Hindu terror.

If these reasons are not good enough, then, the truth is that 'Muslim India' had lied. There is no relation between the two Vaidyas. It was just a big fat lie to demoralize the intelligence agencies.

That is the extent of propaganda being undertaken by these men who have been given seats in the highest echelons of power in our country by Antonia Maino aka Sonia G.

SYED SHAH BANO

He is one of the many hardliner Muslim leaders who was at the forefront of the infamous 'Shah Bano case'. 

Just a brief summary of the case will put the things in perspective. The supreme court of India had given a judgement that a woman named Shah Bano, who had been divorced at the age of 62 by her husband should be given compensation just like alimony is given to women of other religions. With this judgement, the supreme court had opened the gates for justice to Muslim women, who are always in dread of the word Talaaq from their husbands.
Any genuinely humanistic person would have welcomed this decision. But it disturbed the radical muslim men. They would have lost the dominance over women, just a little bit. All hell broke lose. And our Syed Shahabuddin was at the fore front. They threatened Rajiv Gandhi government upto such an extent that the sickular congress party passed a new act, which nullified the historic ruling of the supreme court. Ironically, the act is called 'The Muslim Women (protection of rights on divorce) act 1986'.
Courtesy this act, the hapless woman whom his husband can divorce without even assigning any reason, will get sustenance only for three months from him. For the rest of her life, she will get compensation from her own relatives or from Wakf board.
This should tell us about the clout and regressive nature of this man behind the latest perverted piece of proposed legislation called 'prevention of communal and targeted violence bill'. 
But then, he is following Quran, which talks of male dominance. It is so much loaded in favor of Muslim men that wives can be left and taken at the sweet will of the husband. If one wants to see the humiliating position of women, one might sample this:

Those who swear not to touch their wives have four months’ time; so if they turn back during this period, indeed Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Quran - 2:226

And if they firmly decide to divorce them, Allah is All Hearing, All Knowing.

Quran - 2:227

And divorced women shall restrain themselves for three menstrual periods; and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day; and their husbands have the right to take them back, during this time, if they desire reconciliation; and the women also have rights similar to those of men over them, in accordance with Islamic law – and men have superiority over them; and Allah is Almighty, Wise.

Quran - 2:228

This type of divorce is up to twice; the woman must then be retained on good terms or released with kindness; and it is not lawful for you to take back from women a part of what you have given them except when both fear that they may not be able to stay within the limits established by Allah; so if you fear that they may not be able to observe the limits of Allah, then it is no sin on them if the woman pays to get her release; these are the limits set by Allah, so do not exceed them; and those who transgress Allah’s limits are the unjust.

Quran - 2:229

Then if he divorces her the third time, she will not be lawful to him until she has stayed with another husband; then if the other husband divorces her, it is no sin for these two to reunite if they consider that they can keep the limits of Allah established; these are the limits set by Allah which He explains for people of intellect. 

Quran - 2:230

In plain language, if a man wants to divorce his wife, he just has to utter the dreaded word. Now the woman who has been rendered homeless is at the mercy of her husband for the next four months. If he unilaterally wants to take her back, it is his wish. She can not think of another man because still she is under obligation that she might be pregnant and may carry the baby elsewhere. 
It does not end here. If after the fixed period, he realizes that he needs her, then he can marry her only after she has married some other man for a period of three months. And the marriage should not be fake, it should have been consummated. Period. 

So, the sanction comes straight from Quran which was dictated by Mohammad, the prophet of Islam. In fact, the prophet also threatened his wife of divorce, when they did not obey him. 

The radical Muslims of the type of Syed Shah Bano want such laws to be maintained, instead of a uniform civil court which our constitution aims at.

The maximum number of divorce amongst the community are of this variety i.e. triple talaaq pronounced by the husband. It is because of such 'secular' radicals that the situation of Muslim women is pitiable, not only in our country but in all countries governed by such archaic laws.

 

GIVE KASHMIR TO TERRORISTS

Then like many  external forces which want to disintegration of India, he is a votary of secession of Kashmir from our nation. Our secular guy proclaims on his website that:

if today the people of the Valley are to be consulted on their future, they should have four options; integration with India or Pakistan, independence and autonomy within India. Kashmiris may well opt for the last in their own interest. 

How thoughtfully he is suggesting that we give a piece of our mother land to the bastards responsible for murder and rape of so many of our citizens. In effect, he is suggesting that the Jihadis should first resort to genocide of local Hindu population by torture and murder, raping their women like in Kashmir. As a reward of this Jihad, they will be given option of seceding from the Kafir India. May be they will repeat it in the entire India. After all, that is what he has read:

ऐ रसूल काफ़िरों और मुनाफ़िकों से जेहाद करो और उन पर सख्ती करो और उनका ठिकाना जहन्नुम है और वह क्या बुरा ठिकाना है 

 Quran - 66:9

How long will India remain one is anybody's guess if such men are at the helm of affairs.

TWISTING HISTORY FOR BEFOOLING THE NATION

The evangelical British had invented 'Aryan Invasion Theory' to undermine the pride of the Hindus. They had taken the help of a german linguist Max Muller to promote AIT in order to establish that the Aryans, who are mentioned in Veds, Ramayan and Mahabharat were not natives to the land but were brutal invaders. The aim was to justify the British imperialism on the lines that 'Aryans were not natives but invaders, just like British'. Today, the theory has been proven to be false, thanks to honest historians like Koenraad Elst, N.S.Rajaram, David Frawley and many others. 

But this new found authentication of what the likes of Bal Gangadhar Tilak had known and spoken all along does not fit into the scheme of proselytising creeds, thus they maintain a stance as if the disgraced theory still stands. That is why Koenraad Elst has in his 'THE POLITICS OF ARYAN INVASION DEBATE' mentioned about Shah Bano Syed as:

In recent years, militant Muslims such as Muslim India monthly's editor Syed Shahabuddin have tried to integrate the AIT in their anti-Hindu polemics. The thrust of their argument is that if Hindus see Muslims as foreigners, they should be told that they themselves, at least the Aryan elite among them, once were foreign intruders. And that not Muslims but Aryan Hindus were the trail-blazers of destructive invasions pillaging and destroying native centres of civilization. Further, building on the erroneous but by now widespread belief that most Indian Muslims were low-caste Hindus who sought equality by converting to Islam, it is argued that they are largely part of the native stock, hence more Indian than Hindu nationalists, who are (equally erroneously) identified as upper-caste and hence as Aryan invaders.

FREE SPEECH - SHAHABUDDIN STYLE

Those who like to know the details would find it interesting that Shah Bano Syed was the person behind the ban on the book 'Satanic Verses' by Salman Rushdie.

In fact, he loves ban on books and likes to crush 'freedom of free expression and speech'. When one of famous and analytical writers Ram Swarup wrote a book titled 'Hindu View of Christianity and Islam', he was the first one to seek a ban on the book because it would have exposed the two religions. In fact, some eminent citizens issued a statement opposing Shahabuddin.

When Taslima Nasreen took asylum in India from fanatic Muslims who had issued a fatwa for her murder, Shahabuddin was the first one who wanted her to leave. Read his stupid logic:

Angered by Ms Nasreen’s comments made during an interview with a Calcutta based newspaper that Quranic injunctions are irrelevant in today’s society, Mr Shahabuddin said in his letter that the writer should not have been allowed to enter the country in the first place. He complained that Ms Nasreen was “likely to add grist to anti-Muslim forces in India”

What she had exposed was the pitiful plight of Hindus in an Islamic Bangladesh. Hindus who were about 30% in 1947 are now less then 10%. The decrease has been effected even more brutally as compared to Kashmiri Pandits.

That is one more secularist of Antonia's NAC.

If he is made the Chairman of the proposed National Authority, whose aim is to force Hindus to the status of second class citizens, would he like to torture them. After all, he will have absolute control over them. The advantage he will have is that it will not be considered torture, according to the rules of the bill. Will he be more severe on women?

Let us revisit the torture method of Inquisitors.

 

 

In a cleverly produced program titled 'Machines of Malice', the discovery channel has shown the saw torture. But they have tried to establish that it was not really used because, as they demonstrated with the help of a dummy, it could not cut a woman into two halves. 

May be it is true but the aim of Inquisitors was to scare, torture and kill. Which this spine chilling method can do. They deliberately try to minimize the brutality of Church and Christianity by trying to create an impression that it was all done by Romans and not Roman Catholic Christians.
